Everywhere you look, somebody is selling a refurbished HP computer system. Why are there so many? Do HP computers have a higher return rate than other vendors?

There are also a lot of Dell refurbs for sale. It might not be a reflection of poor worksmanship, so much as a customer-friendly return policy. I have certainly heard nothing about HP computers that would indicate they sell shoddy goods.
