looking to upgrade computer system (I have an older model PC) to help keep up with the growing demand of our customers. I am looking for a program that would house our client information and order histories on a new system, as well as bill our customers electronically. I also want our delevery person to have a way to keep track of customer addresses and specific delivery instructions while she is on the road. What IT recommendations would you make for an upgrade ?

The one thing you forgot to mention was how much you are willing to spend on your new system. You can get a pretty good PC for under 1000, which will be capable of the tasks you mentioned, if you wanted to spend more, you could invest in a small server, and a couple of PC’s.
As for the software, it sounds like what you need is relatively simple. You should be able to find something that needs your needs at an office supply store (ie Staples). They should also be able to help you out with the new system. If you prefer, you could contact a small software development company to make a custom system for you. Again, it sounds relatively simple, so the cost for this shouldn’t be too much,.
